Introducing Bow Garden Square, a truly eye-catching collection of 1-bedroom suites, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and sky villas in the heart of London’s historic East End. From picturesque canals and parks to quirky cafés and restaurants nearby, these new homes are only a short walk to Mile End tube and Devon’s Road DLR stations, giving you fast and convenient connections across London, including to the City, Stratford and Canary Wharf.
Each apartment or sky villa has its own balcony or terrace, offering a private space to enjoy in the sunnier months, and the design ensures each apartment enjoys plenty of natural light.
A range of contemporary fitted kitchens from London designer Urban Myth, stone work surfaces and glass splashbacks, premium quality laminate woodstrip flooring throughout the kitchen, living room and hallway and pure white bathroom units with chrome taps and mixers.
These homes are styled to the highest standard with a simple yet elegant finish and completed to only the top quality.
Our choice of sealants throughout the build internally for Telford Homes were Sika Sanisil and Everbuild S50, both premium high modular silicones varying in colour ranges to suit. Due to the standard of the trades before us, this project allowed our team to keep a small mastic bead throughout, which both ensures aesthetically the finish looked top job, but we could get more meterage from our cartridges too.

For the large internal windows on this project our choice of sealant was our applicators favourite, the Sika Sanisil range, this allowed for a beautiful matt finish tight and flush to the joints supplied by the expert window fitters.

Choosing the right sealant for the flooring on this project was no hard task. Given the opportunity our applicators will prefer to use, once again, the Sika Sanisil range. This product is so easy to tool and cures beautifully against the chosen substrates, not sticking out but you would miss it if it wasn’t there.
