Kitchen/Utility Room
Mastic sealant using Anti-Fungal sealants to the following areas;
Worktop, Tops and bottom of tiled worktops, Edges of exposed base units, Worktop to wall, Upstands & wall junctions, Splash backs, Sinks, Tops of tiles, Kitchen units (down the sides), Sinks, Plinths, Kitchen unit to wall junction and Cooker hood.
Anti-Fungal sealant is used to prevent mold growth.
Bathroom/En-Suite
Mastic sealant using Anti-Fungal sealants to the following areas;
Shower enclosure, Shower controls, Shower door, Bath to tiles, Bath panel, Sink, Mirrors, Toilet, Toilet pedestals, Tops of tiles, Ceiling lines, Vertical tiled angles, Boxings, Access panel, Door architrave to tiles, Tiled upstand to floor, Vanity unit and Basins.
Anti-Fungal sealant is used to prevent mold growth.
WC/Cloakroom
Mastic sealant using Anti-Fungal sealants to the following areas;
Perimeter edge of wash hand basin, Toilet to flooring, Internal tiled angles, Tile to ceiling joints and Boxings.
Anti-Fungal sealant is used to prevent mold growth.
Flooring
Mastic sealant to the following areas;
Sealant applied between skirting boards to Karndean, Vinyl, Hard Wood and Tiled areas.
Internal Frames
Mastic sealant to the following areas;
Perimeter edge of windows/doors to plasterboard surrounds and Junction of window board to plaster board for airtightness.
External Frames
Mastic seal using Low Modulus sealants to the following areas;
Perimeter edge of external window/doors to Brickwork/Render/Cladding surfaces for air tightness.
