The Seller shall not disclose Personal Data to any third parties other than employees, directors, agents, subcontractors or advisors on a strict ‘need-to-know’ basis and any under the same (or more extensive) conditions as set out in these terms and conditions or to the extent required by applicable legislation and/or regulations.
The Seller shall implement and maintain technical and organisational security measures as are required to Protect Personal Data Processed by the Seller on behalf of the buyer.

Circumstances beyond control or either Party
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in Performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from the cause that is beyond the reasonble control of that Party. such as causes include, but are not limited to: Power failure, Internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, government action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
Sale of Business
In the event that this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers’ advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business so that they can continue to provide the service that we currently provide. We will require the purchaser to follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy as varied from time to time.

Delivery Policy
Direct Sealants Ltd for the most part uses a reliable courier DPD to ensure all our products are delivered in a quick, smooth and safe manor.
Delivery times may vary for each product however you will be notified after purchase if the product has a long lead time. Generally if your order is placed before 12am you may get your purchase within 2-3 days, however any later than 12am may be an extra days delivery time.
We ensure all packages arrive in a good quality and any loses must be reported as soon as possible, so we can chase the courier and allow a replacement.
Please note that some deliveries may come direct from the supplier company therefore delivery times and couriers may change.
Direct Sealants Ltd does not take liability for ensuring our drivers adhere to additional comments the buyer adds when purchasing, however we do take note and try to ensure they are adhered too.
Direct Sealants does not take liability for goods not being delivered in time for the buyers scheduled work dates. The buyer should contact us at 01268 728444 to ensure the goods will be delivered in time.
Numerous failed deliveries, will incur another delivery charge to retry.
Failed deliveries, if not requiring delivery again, the goods will be refunded minus the original delivery charge and a 10% restocking charge.
Direct Sealants does not offer a free return policy, once goods have been returned to our address we can issue a full refund of the amount paid to us.
Ireland and Off Shore Scotland
Deliveries to Ireland and Off Shore Scotland may take up too 5 days. If the recipient isn’t in to receive the goods on date of delivery, you may collect from your local depot or pay an additional £35.00 for redelivery.
Direct Sealants does not deliver to off shore UK. Only Mainland UK.

Texts Relating to Delivery
If you provide us with your mobile number, we may text you to update you on the progress of your delivery.
This service is provided through our carrier Interlink Express. You therefore agree, when providing your mobile number, that we can provide Interlink Express with your number solely for the purpose of these updates. We will not charge you for these texts, although your network may charge you to receive these texts.
21 Day Money Back Guarantee and Cancellations
If you are unhappy with the products we will replace or refund them only if you apply within 21 days from your order. We will not accept used or self damaged goods. We will collect free of charge using our courier Interlink Express, inspect the goods and come back to you with a statement which will inform you whether or not you are subject to the money back or replacement guarantee. If you need to cancel an order it must take place before 5pm on the day you ordered. As all products will be sent out at 5pm with no cancellation option available. The funds may take up to 7 days to enter back into your account.
